Since I had a lot of participants for this certain challenge, I'd like to give it again.
I've mixed them up too! So you'll get something different!

Find the day and month for your birthday, and do what it says today

January - 20

March - 25

May - 20

01 - Push Ups
02 - Jumping Jacks
03 - Sit Ups
04 - Minutes of Dancing (try to keep it up beat, get your heart rate up)
05 - Minutes of Jogging (out, or in place)
06 - Burpees
07 - Jumping Jacks
08 - Push Ups
09 - Sit Ups
10 - Crunches
12 - Minutes of Dancing (try to keep it up beat, get your heart rate up)
13 - Squats
14 - Jumping Jacks
15 - Minutes of Jogging (out, or in place)
16 - Minutes of Dancing (try to keep it up beat, get your heart rate up)
17 - Push Ups
18 - Minutes of Dancing (try to keep it up beat, get your heart rate up)
19 - Burpees
20 - Push Ups
21 - Jumping Jacks
22 - Second Side Planks (both sides)
23 - Crunches
24 - Jumping Jacks
25 - Minutes of Jogging (out, or in place)
26 - Minutes of Dancing (try to keep it up beat, get your heart rate up)
27 - Push Ups
28 - Minutes of Jogging (out, or in place)
29 - Squats
30 - Jumping Jacks
31 - Minutes of Jogging (out, or in place)
So, mine would be 15 push ups I'll do those now!

btw I think its cool if we repeat challenges, as it must be hard to think up new ones! As long as we keep motivating each other x0 -
25 minutes of running. Yeah! Already been running today , sothat's easy ;-)
