the challenge this week will run monday threw saturday
the challenge will be who can exercise the most above their goal my goal is to exercise 80 mins 6 days a week
this week is reward for going over not punishment for not so if you go over 30 mins on monday and under 15 mins on tuesday you still have 30 mins above your goal i want this to push us to do more
if you dairy is private please post today what your weekly goal is
i hope this is a way to make it more fair for those who cant work out hours everyday if your goal is 3 days a week and you go 4 days the forth day all of it counts i dont want winners and losers i want everyone to just push beyond the normal
