What are you goals for this month?

my goal for this month is to (don laugh) do at least 10 minutes of continous excersie a day. I've been eatting correctly but I often find I'm to exhausted to do anything else after I get off work, get lo and start prepping for the next day.
I also would like to drink at least 5 bottles of water a day. 84.5oz0 -
To keep losing at least one pound a week and also to get more sleep (at least 7 hours each night, if not 8)0

well I'm gonna buy a scale lol and hopefully lost 1 lb since I started mfp. and up my exercise!0

My goal for this month is to drop 10lbs and to increse my workouts.0

My goal for April is to not hurt myself powerlifting so I can keep increasing my weight steadily. My stiff lower back is telling me I'm heading in the wrong direction!0
