Weekly Monday Weigh In??

Hi Guys,

How would everyone feel about doing a weekly weigh in every Monday?? Just to keep everyone updated on any progress, thoughts etc.

Personally I will posting here every Monday to keep me on track with what I want to achieve :)

If anyone wants to participate, just reply to this thread :D

    Mondays fine I guess, I am laughing because I weigh on friday for a nutrition group and sunday for a exercise group so why not monday too?!

    I have joined, and ready for a Monday weight in. I was 217lb this morning and would like to 207lb in 12 weeks :-)

    Oh i see ha ha, no worries if you weigh in Sunday just post weight in the evening :) with any thoughts or messages on your progress etc

    Awesome! I just started a Spring training plan today and I'm thrilled to find more support!:heart: I weigh 118.6 right now, but I'm quite short and have a small frame, so that's about 8 pounds too heavy. Looking forward to dropping a pound or two this week!!!!! Yay!:love:

    My starting weight shall be 205.4 (yesterday morning - I didn't weigh today).
    My 12 week goal will be... well, 199 has been my goal for the last 3 months. When I meet it, I will reassess.

    HI Im in.... Today I weighed 223 Id like to lose 12 lbs so that is 211 in 12 weeks. good luck everyone.

    Today is my first day on the site and I weighed in at 227lbs.....I REALLY want to be 199 by 6/24 for a wedding I'm going to....it's alot and I'm scared but I can do it......I hope : )

    I just joined so i missed the weigh in yesterday but my starting weight is 165 im hoping to get down to 140 by the end of the 12 weeks

    Starting at 210. Hoping to be down 2 lbs this week. Lots of determination right now! Finally feel like I'm "thinking" like a healthy eater, if that makes sense. I refuse to sabotage myself!

    I usually weigh myself every other week (a personal thing) but I guess I can do it weekly...
    Based on my last weigh in I was 236.1 at the end of the 12 weeks I would like to be down at least 20 lbs!!

    I just joined last night and Monday weigh ins are great for me, that is my weigh in day anyway!! And it keeps me in check over the weekend.

  • Yes I will join the Monday weigh in...it is time to get it together!!! I was 147 yesterday. My goal is 130 or just no more muffin top. I am very healthy and love working out...but I love to eat and drink wine. I think I consume too many calories without realizing it. This extra weight is uncomfortable an I am sick of it!!!
