What are you doing to lose weight?

I lift heavy 3 days a week and get on the elliptical 2 days a week. I am also keeping my calories around 2,000 a day while also trying to keep carbs around 100 grams a day!

    I'm doing Herbalife for 2 meals a day Monday thru Thursday. Friday and weekend I do 1 shake. But I'm making changes in my way of eating all together. I'm making healthier meals and cutting out SOME of the junk. Just some, I'm not crazy. I've been on Herbalife for close to 2 weeks and I've lost 5 lbs. I'm really happy about that. I walk everyday at work usually my breaks but today I did for lunch too. And I do Zumba 2-4 times a week for 20-45 mins.

    Cut the sodas out. Reduced my condiment intake, such as ketchup. Reduced food portions. Increased my water intake.
    I started exercising again.
