I generally try to eat pretty healthy (although not super strict on 'organic' products- but I don't need another speech on pesticides and toxins). Just curious what other runners have investigated and find worthy enough to add to their diet.
Any comments on my supplements are also welcome.
Thanks

I really only take a multi-vitamin, glycosamine chondroiton for my joints and a protein powder for recovery. I'm pretty bad about keeping up with supplements, but I eat really healthy 90% of the time, so I guess I'm not too concerned about it at the moment.0

I don't do supplements because I eat a well balanced diet fruits, vegetables, meats grains etc, but I do recommend, chocolate milk and banana post long run. Absolutely great for recovery!0

I try to eat healthy but I do take a multi-vitamin and during the winter I take a vitamin D supplement since I live in the midwest where we are holed up inside all winter.0

A fish oil capsule, gummy vitamins (it's a family thing) and fiber gummies. A fellow can stay regular, can't he? I don't really have standard recovery mixes, although I do keep some around. OH! NUUN. Lots and lots of NUUN. Does that count?0
