A friend brought this recipe to mind this week so I had gone to the grocery store and had the ingredients on hand. I was able to prepare the recipe in 30 minutes this morning so my husband could take it for lunch. Very easy, nice flavor blend, and a generous serving size/calorie ratio. The only negative to this recipe is the sodium content. I'm not sure if my reasoning is sound, but I figured that anytime I eat at a restaurant I'm probably bordering at times on taking in this much sodium, maybe more. Not that that reasoning makes it right.....

    You are right about the sodium. Personally, I like your reasoning. :) I also like to add more vegetables to the recipe. Love how easy it is.
