My weight from last week seems to have got lost lol so I've re entered it here. This week has been a complete bust - Hubby's 40th birthday which has meant several meals out, lots of cake etc and TOM has just come to visit too. I'm getting serious this week, starting the shred again tomorrow (help!) and back to counting. Hoping for a much nicer number by this time next week!0 -

Hi All,
Some will be surprised to here me say I am dissappointed, however having learn't my lesson about weekends I maintained great control and was really disciplined in terms of portion control, and as a result only gained about 1.5 lbs over the weekend. I confidently got stuck into lots of exercise, and still kept up the portion control and fealt for sure I would break 180 lbs and get down to 179 ish. Had one better result when I had my blood pressure checked and was down to 170/90 which I know is probably scary for most of you but it was 170/100 late last year! Still got lots to do to get down to the end of month target, but just need to do better "every" day not just Thursday's?

GW = 174 lbs its a tough ask but I set out to be 168 lbs by the 27th April so gotta go for it!

Don't be dissapointed. I know what you mean though - I just had a bag of crisps for breakfast (it's Friday) and I have already weighed in. I would never do that on a Thursday.

March 16 :197.4 will stay the same since I forgot to weigh in. It was that type of week last week. Needless to say my emotional balance was thrown off since one of my students wants me dead. Not a comforting thought but the school is doing everything possible to make sure I am protected.

Hi All,
Bit dissappointed after my best ever week of exercise 218 minutes so far. Trying reasonably hard on portion control and only two treats (caramel shortcake?) all week, and to have only lost a pound is very little incentive! Still it is in the right direction though it's obvious these last 11 pounds are gonna be tough? but you know what they say the tough get going, :laugh: so onwards and downwards! Ha-Ha
