Do you ever have a cheat day or cheat meal? And then afterwords you feel sick and remember why you don't want to eat that way? That's how I feel right now...

    Is this a physical sick or a mental sickness? If mental let it pass and continue on. What do you mean by eat that way? I'am guessing you ate something that you believe is "unhealthy"??

    Ya, I ate a bunch of no bake cookies, probably just more of them than I should.
