    5 super slow miles today (in 83F) - felt fast but went really slow, perhaps my legs are recovering from the 10K from Saturday, which also was not super fast. Hoping for a faster 3-4 miler tomorrow.

    Bad week - I was traveling so I missed a lot of workouts - but I did get in 9 miles, for a total of 28 for the month.

    Ran 2.5 miles Saturday outside. I realized how much I really missed that after going to the gym for two weeks!

    So sorry I am soooooo late posting my mileage...I only reported for week 1...oops!

    Week 1 = 5.44
    Week 2 = 8.27
    Week 3 = 8.95
