do you add them? My HRM says I burned 112 calories JUST STRETCHING..who knew!?!?!

    I skip stretch 10! hahahahaha.

    I only do the stretch 40 videos. I can't be bothered doing the stretch 10 after cardio.....but, apparently i should re-think this LOL
