I did not do great on my diet this weekend and only managed to lose .6 lbs. I guess it is still a loss so I will take it.
Last weeks weight in: 191

stayed the same weight this week but I know itll be down more next week I had way to much sodium saturday which always causes me to retain water for a few days
also not going to feel down since I just took measurements and unless I messed up last week when I took them I lost an inch off my waist and half an inch from my hips0 -
I weighed in this morning at 168 and had to make a negative adjustment to my Ticker.....that did not make me happy. I need to kick things up a notch or two (more like three or four or five or six......) and get at least 20 pounds off by the end of our challenge. What date does this challenge officially end? I would like to create a calendar for myself.0

Weighed in last week at 269.2 and weighed in this morning at 264.2!! Lost 5 pounds this week. Goal is 245 by the end of the 12 weeks. Good job everyone and good luck this next week!!! Keep up the good work!!!0

Last week I weight i weight in at 135
This week weight in at 130 I loss 5lbs
Goal weight 1150 -
Starting weight 188. Today's weight 186 but I forgot about it so weighed in fully dressed and already had breakfast and lots of water! This is what my real weight is during the day but I still like it first thing in the morning better!!! Summer is coming early this year in my area so I need to kick it up a notch as I will need to be in those smaller clothes even faster!:bigsmile:

No change in weight... 179 Met with trainer today and going to meet with her every week. We made sure my cardio program was where it should be and that my food was correct.... it all is. No change... grrr. I've lost 20 pounds since start of year and feel better, but I should be 120 at most... not sure why past two weeks nothing has changed?!0

First week and I flopped! ugh!! I went out to party for st pat's and gained back the pound i had lost during the week!

could have been much worse!! But its not making my summer shape up any better…now i am afraid to go out at all. I only had one glass of wine but the food was more carbs than normal.0 -
After an 'eventful' weekend (cough cough) i gained 1lbs :-s
Oh well dusting myself off and working twice as hard this week

No progress but it could have been worse. It rained a lot so I wasn't outside jogging at all. Plus I had social occasions with food- my problem area. I am now able to do a real push up . My form isn't great but that's due to lack of strength.0 -
