I just want to advise that I did not forget. My scale is not collaborating correctly so I had to send it back to amazon. My new is on the way and I will post next Monday for sure. Great work everyone who remembered to post and lost weight!0

Start weight - 151 lbs
Today - 149.2 lbs
1st week result - 1.8 lb loss
Didn't exercise and eating was not great... will do better next week.0 -
First week and I flopped! ugh!! I went out to party for st pat's and gained back the pound i had lost during the week!
Last week: 138.6
This week: 138.8
could have been much worse!! But its not making my summer shape up any better…now i am afraid to go out at all. I only had one glass of wine but the food was more carbs than normal.0 -
After an 'eventful' weekend (cough cough) i gained 1lbs :-s
Oh well dusting myself off and working twice as hard this week

No progress but it could have been worse. It rained a lot so I wasn't outside jogging at all. Plus I had social occasions with food- my problem area. I am now able to do a real push up . My form isn't great but that's due to lack of strength.0 -

I'm a bit late to the party due to my weight fluctuating all over the shop at the weekend (and some dodgy scales) but this morning I seem to have stabilised a bit and can report a loss of 1 lb :bigsmile:

TOTM weight gain was still there yesterday so I wasn't showing any losses yesterday. This morning I'm down .6 pounds.

Towards the goal of being able to run a 5K...I ran for 25 minutes last night, with two 1min walking breaks toward the end. At 12min mile, that should mean I ran 2 miles. Feeling good today, No soreness.0 -
