We have started a group for those of us who would like to journey through Jillian Michaels Ripped in 30 for the month of April! Anyone who is interested please come and join! I would love to see a lot of your familiar faces pushing through this next workout DVD!

    i'm gonna have another look at ripped in 30. maybe if i watch it through first i'll be better prepared for trying it again.

    yeah i think i'm in for ripped in 30. just watched it through and i think that'll help. remembered quite a lot of it so i think i got as far as week 4. but i'm ready to finish it this time!!
