Eating healthy

What has been the hardest part for you trying to eat healthy at work? For me it is two things......days I work I don't drink as much water as I do on my days off. The second is all the bad for you food that is brought in to work by co-workers to "share" with fellow co-workers, or when an inservice is done and the rep brings in donuts or sausage in biscuits.....uugghhh we work in healthcare for crying out loud...bring in a fruit tray.

    I feel like I never have time to sit down and eat so I end up snacking more while I'm on my way to drop something off at the lab or while I'm charting. I've also found that I'm awake for so much longer on work days that I end up eating more than I do on days off. I try to bring healthy snacks but I still can't seem to find a system that works!
