Breast feeding VS. Breastfeeding

Hi Moms, When I add in breast feeding (2 words) it gives me -300 calories a day but when I use the (all one word) Breastfeeding it allows for the -300 calories a day plus -45 carbs, -10 fat, -13 protien. Which do you use? Does it matter which one we use? Thanks for your input.

Oh!!! I didn't realize there was a second one, I will definitely be using the breastfeeding one to account for the extra carbs, fat and protien I need to eat. Right now I always end up in the red and this will be a perfect solution. Thanks!

There is one thath you can use for ounces instead of a general deduction, so if you pump, I'd go that route
  • I produce 35oz a day so I burn an extra 700 calories a day but I only eat 500 of those back, because milk production varies from day to day.
