Exercising

I haven't been exercising due to the fact my knees are permantly bent. I have arthritis in them and so I can not stand for any length of time or walk far. I have to sit doing dishes and sit down every few mminutes when I am cooking or doing anything else. Walking around in stores or going to yard sales, flea markets is out for me. I have to use a electric cart in the grocery stores, if they don't have one I don't go there. I use to have one but mine broke down so I have to depend on the stores having them now. I want to exercise and I think as I lose weight it will be easier on my knees and I will be able to do more. Then eventually I will be able to go shopping and other places without needing a scooter.
I do try and do a little more moving around the house so looking at that as a start.

They have a 3 minute walk on you tube I was doing. I get so winded and out of breath. Also my legs are hurting and I want to sit down but I push on till it's over. They have a exercise on there to where you sit down in a chair and do them. I don't know how I would count the calories I burn in either of them. But do believe I will start doing both of them again.
