I did cardio today! There is alot of posts where Jillian said in a podcast to do 2 shred days, 1 cardio, 2 shred, 1 cardio, 1 rest. I did the three shred and my legs are like jello. So today I decided to do a cardio. I honestly don't think I could have moved tomorrow if I did the shred today! I have Turbo Jam and I did that this morning. It is high energy and I feel like I still got a good burn! Good luck everyone! I hope you are feeling better0

I know I should do it. Maybe later today though. I have a major final early this afternoon. My blood sugar has been really messed up since I started 30DS. I guess I'm not as recovered from surgery as I thought since yesterday my BS skyrocketed and I had to go take a nap for an hour before I could focus on my Econ books. Honestly, I think this test is more important at this point. I just wish I knew why my BS has been pretty much out of control all day with the more intense exercise. It was responding very well to lighter aerobics.
Perhaps when I get home from taking my test but I'm not a night exerciser.0 -

Is anyone else's calves killing them? I hope I am not doing something wrong! Mine are awful!!! I have been stretching them out for two days so hopefully it will get better soon!0

Day 4 done! and it feels good - was a bit easier today....still HATE the jumping jacks/jump rope combo....0

I am using 5lb weights and my arms are very sore. I hope I can get through day 4 wish me luck!0

I am going to do it tomorrow. I saw a ton of posts about how to do 30DS. She said two days shred, one day cardio, rest. I had already done three days of shred, so I figured today would be my rest day. I will pick it up again tomorrow with day 4!0

Argh, I know I said I'll take a day off today BUT I could not! So I did Day 4 Level 1. It definitely IS getting easier and yes, my legs are not so sore anymore
I had my HRM on today and it showed 135 cals burned. Not too bad!0 -
I was going to make today a cardio only day but after I went running I decided to do the shred. L2D3 complete!0

ahhhhh done it, found it easyer fitnes wise but my legs and arms are still really hurting few glad its done though wupeeeeeee x x0

Day 4 was way easier! Still not easy but my endurance has gotten better0

Great job everyone. It will definitely be worth it in the end!! I have four days left and I'm finished. The changes in my body has made all the pain worth it to this point!

Last night I convinced my fiance to do day 4 with me! I think I got more than 3 minutes of abs listening to his commentary! Great way to get back into it after a day off!0

Okay seriously, that killed me last night!! I don't know if it's because I've been doing too much else (we've had fantastic weather, so i've been hiking with my baby, lots of walks etc) but my legs were absolutely JELLO!!! I almost couldn't get up the stairs after, and almost fell over (LITERALLY) because my legs were so weak!! Maybe need to tone it back a bit! But, I'm not seeing any results on the scale and that frustrates me I've been working hard for 2 weeks now, did a weigh in and NOTHING!!! GRRR.... My dr said maybe I wasn't eating enough, so yesterday I ate like a horse, and still nothing... disappointing0

Day 4 is done! I can definitely feel myself getting stronger. Jillian didn't quite kill me today. Lol. 26 days to go!0

I know how you feel! My scale says I have gained. But I feel stronger and I can feel my muscles toning up so don't give up! I haven't measured yet, everyone tells me that makes the difference. Still when the scale is going the wrong way I get so frustrated!0 -

What is your average caloric intake? Have you seen any changes in at least your measurements? I'll add you as friend and we can support each other.0
