Good. I lost another pound this week. I'm thinking about taking a pic later and posting to see my progress. Some days I see a difference, some days I don't.0

No pounds lost this week, but was able to up my weight for strength training this morning and last night cleaned out my closet with two big bags of clothes to donate! I had some jeans that I'd been waiting to try on, and they fit! Three pair from last year that I hadn't gotten rid of, woo hoo for size 10s! There are not my ultimate goal jeans but it was still great to get back into them. Hope everyone else has some victories today0

I finally got below the 260 mark which was the point that I considered my stalling point.
But I feel that I can do more so I am upping my wt lost per week to 2 lbs in MFP. I was not really loosing 1.5 lbs a week, more like just under one, but I was using Sedientary as my activity level and then any steps over 5000 on my pedometer were counted as cardio at a 2mph rate. I suppose I could have just as easy rasied my minimum cardio to 7500 step and done almost the same thing. Anyway, thank you for making this a group effort!0
