When to weigh in

Since TF is so intense I would assume I would retain water after a hard workout (aka all of them haha) so would it be more accurate if I weighed myself after the rest day?

I reatined water like crazy at first I even gained weight for a while but I still weigh at the end of my week. It took me till my 3 week to see a loss though.0

I typically weigh myself first thing in the morning after using the bathroom. I also do my "official" weigh in on Fridays because sometimes my weekends may not be ideal food wise :ohwell: I also try to avoid doing a weigh in after strength training since this makes you retain water for a day or two.0
