Does anyone know where I can go trail running in Montreal (preferably on the West Island)? I signed up for the Spartan Sprint and I want to start running off road.

    You could go in Terracotta Park or L'Anse A L'orme, they have some rough trails. I know I can't go in Terracotta with my stroller, so it's pretty bumpy.
