I hate exercising! After being a chubby tomboy as a kid, I became a gymrat, worked hard to learn how to eat properly and get a low bodyfat-ratio and stay healthy. But 10 yrs. of life got in the way, so here I am - 30 to 40 lbs. overweight and I have to start all over again. It sucks. But this site is great and maybe if I can find some folks as negative as I am it might be fun to try to get the fate off all over again.

haha, I typed "fate" instead of "fat" - must be some kind of omen.

LOL! funny typo, eh? Thanks for posting!

Well, it's great that you have the previous experience of successfully losing weight and managing your diet to maintain a healthy bodyfat-ratio,

I suppose that as much as we hate exercising, we hate being overweight, or the consequences of being overweight, even more.

It's a small consolation that exercise is the lesser of those two evils. It's still evil.

I just finished exercising. Third day in a row. I really appreciate this site because if I wasn't using the tools here, I probably would have already quit.
