Went for my first LBS ride today. We went just over 25 miles. By far the furthest I have ridden in one ride. Can't wait until I can get my road bike. I was only rider on a non-road bike (Trek 7.2 FX)...but I kept up for the most part. Today was also the first ride with the cycling club I found. Great day!

    This is awesome! I did my longest ride to date today too. 26.4 miles with a fairly good breeze trying to blow my big butt all over. I'm signed up for a 25 mile "race/fun ride" next weekend and needed to see if I could go that far. Keep riding! I am loving my hybrid.

    Well done!
    Do you have skinny (road/slick) tires on our bike? You'll notice a huge difference in your cycling speed using road tires instead of knobbies.
