I am as country as cornbread we eat very simple.

Chicken is cheap. I buy the large bag of unbreaded chicken tenders I thaw them all. I line them all up on the baking sheet and season them as many ways as I have in my spice cabinet. Bake till done. I let them cool. Then put the whole sheet in the freezer. then when frozen I place them in a gallon bag. Then I can just get out 3 or four and heat them up.
Beans are great they are cheap and good for you. I buy the store brand california veggies for a quick and easy side dish.
