I've been pressing play everyday. I'm on week 3. I seem to be having trouble doing strech 40 and Turbo 450

I did day one. Stretch 10 and Fire 30. I did pretty well. i am still learning the moves so plenty of times i was totally off the mark.. just imagine the Elaine Dance from Seinfeld!!
is anyone else STARVING! I am SO hungry. I've had little snacks all day long..I am having a cucumber sandwich right now...0 -
Burned 225 calories doing 45 minutes of "Chalene Extreme - Lean 1" wow, killer workout! I think I will be hungry all month with this phase it is TOUGH, but going to be so worth it in the end0

Great job everyone!!! Make sure you are eating enough healthy food to fuel your body!! With a program this intense it is important to eat! I eat my exercise calories back and always make sure my minimum net calories are 1200. We need our bodies to function, not starve!0

I just started with the actual schedule yesterday and have done Fire 30 and HIIT 15 so far! Its so fun! I am glad that I have been doing the videos sporadically for the last 2 months because now I know all the moves and the way she calls them so I get more out of it!0

So knees are still on the outs, so I went really low impact today on 55EZ. But I hit it as hard as I possibly could with my arms. I thought for sure my burn would be lower leaving out my legs, but I was sweating all over the place and my HRM says a whopping 712 calories. omg!0

Today was Fire 30 and Chalean Xtreme Burn Circuit 3. I could tell that I am a lot better at Fire 30 than I was in Week 1. (Now in Week 5).0

This is my first day and I did Fire 30 Class, loved it!! I'm definitely out of shape, had to modify the moves, but I think I kept up pretty good with a few mistakes, but like Chalene says - mistakes burn calories too. I'm doing the prep schedule and looking forward to seeing how my body responds to it.0

OK ladies ! Today is day 4 for me but I twisted the schedule a little so I did Fire 30 and I followed with 50 minutes of Hip hop Dance class that I do with a bunch of friends, so I am filling pretty GOOD right now. I think a total of 500 calories was burned today YEEEAAAHHH!! (just an estimate since I don't have a calorie counter/heart rate monitor yet). Day 2 was a rest day and Day 3 I had Fire 55ez. Hope everyone is having a wonderful weekend and is pressing play !0

I couldn't press play yesterday, had to take my oldest to the doc most of the day, so I didn't yesterdays Fire 55 EZ today. WOW. I liked it, I was dripping sweat and now i am sore.0
