So we are having friends over for dinner tonight. I'm grilling chicken, shrimp and tons of vegis. Do you guys have any lowcal dessert suggestions? They are huge dessert eaters. I was thinking strawberry shortcake but would love to hear your favorites.

    Hey Nicole, try Sparkrecipes.com They have a lot of great ideas for healthy desserts , foods, etc. If you find a way to make strawberry shortcake in a healthy way, let me know, its one of my favs! Ive had it on angelfood cake instead of short cake with fatfree whip cream and it was just as delicious! Good luck dear! :)

    Hi there! I ended up making diet soda cupcakes! They were yummy! One box of cake mix and one can of diet soda. You can google it for a list of amazing combos. I did confetti cake with a diet cherry 7up and fat free cool whip.
