GOOD DAY TO YOU LOVES!!!
GUESS WHAT!!! We are on week 3 of this fun workout....I hope that it is still exciting to you just like it was when we first started..Last week we took it up a knotch by adding resistance such as arm, ankle and body weight...Which for me was whew a challenge but now I don't want to take it off... Most are already pairing this up with something else anyway so we sure to see those great results you need....Just wanted to say....You all are doing great!!! Lets finish this and have some great results along with obvious results from giving our all to being healthier....

Umm crazy me thought i posted my measurements ugh didn't so.....I will start today....BUT PLEASE Update yours here and I will get the spreadsheet together to see the difference you have made...

Hey Ladies!!! Im joinging the bandwagon late due to bronchitis, but I got my DVD in the mail the other day and last night was my first time doing Level 1!! I loved it!! I am thinking about pairing it with 6 week 6 pack, but I have to look at my schedule and figure it out! From your comments about Level 2 I can wait to get there!0

I have completed Week2/Level2/Day 3 and My bunn and thighs are sore....so I can tell that its a different level....Hope you guys are still enjoying....0

I have been combining level 2 & 3 lately. (Which I *almost* regret every time since Level 2 is SO hard on the legs ahah). I LOVE this DVD because, even though it's hard work, it really... energizes me. Like, I give it my all, but it's so fun, and the movements are really... I don't know how to explain it, but once I finish a level I'm like, ALRIGHT LETS RUN A MARATHON, lol. I just feel very empowered.0
