    This is a repost. I posted in the Weekly Monday Weigh in Board, but I like the idea of a new board each week.

    I gained a pound since last week, but I lost 1/4 inch in my waist and I'm still down (a little) from the start. So, I'll take it. Next week will be better.

    I gained slightly but have lost 4 inches total since we started this thread two weeks ago, so I can't complain. I'm also in the midst of figuring out how many calories to eat so I keep adjusting my intake. I am steady at 2030 now, and eating back at least half my exercise calories, which on footy training days can be upwards of 600 (I average about 1200 calories burned during 2 hours of footy training) so it's been kind of hard to convince myself to eat all that!

    Got to keep that concentration! My biggest hurdle to get over is the weekend... man do I love some pizza! I think that if I was more disciplined on the weekends with my eating I'd see better numbers. Thankfully... its still a loss.

    Great thought that I saw the other day... "Great abs are made in the kitchen."

    Keep posting up there friends... love to see those numbers! Y'all are such an awesome encouragement to me. Yay for week 2!

    I too love pizza, without a doubt my favourite food. I have started making my own with pita bread. I use a six inch pita, tomato sauce, sometimes pesto sauce and I pile on all the veggies I want, with mozzerella cheese. I don't usually use meat because if I do, I have to cut back on the cheese (calories and fat), I'd rather have the cheese.
