Ha Ha...We must have created it at the same time. Now we have 2 day 8 topics. I will try to delete mine so we don't confuse anyone. I just finished day 8. Getting stronger!0

Day 8 of working out complete! I did L2D6 today. L2 is still tough but I am feeling stronger and doing some of the advanced moves.
How is everyone else doing who started Level 2?0 -

I think my arch-nemesis on Level 1 was always the jumping jacks/jump rope combo. They always hurt my calves so much!0 -
just finished day 8 i am still on level one but think i am going to have to go up to level 2 tomorow am a little scared but am not having any problems with level one now so i think it is time. am so glad we are all still doing this x0

Done and done! I am a day behind you guys (due to taking a rest day) but I am loving this! Two more days and then I'm off to level two! 22 more days to go!0

I took a rest day yesterday.. my arms were killing me after I did body pump...
note to self-don't do 30ds and body pump on the same day.

I had two bad days, where I ate like crap(junk food) and didn't exercise. But today I am going to continue with 30ds and eating right.0 -
I'm on day 8 level 1, got behind due to resting my muscles. For somme strange reason, my knees have been really sore. I've done the Shred before a few times and never had this problem...0

Just finished day 8. I feel like it should be getting easier, but it feels harder today and yesterday. Going to Zumba with some friends tonight. I won't do day 9 until Monday. Level 2 starts on Thursday for me. I'm excited and I appreciate you guys doing Shred with me. Checking in here certainly helps.
