What did you do today?

How about we post what we did exercise wise or maybe something we are proud of: something accomplished food wise... for example staying under our calorie count, no junk food, trying a food you would have never thought you'd eat... etc...

Today I did 60 minutes of yoga and free step on my Wii Fitness board. I'm doing really well at staying within my calories today.
I also took a nap, which I have to admit felt great...0 -
today is my rest day, but I may do some yoga.

I did the elliptical for 1hour and 5 minutes, 4.12 miles. YAY first time ever doing that. YAY Me, If i keep it up I can get down to my goad weight this year!0

Happy Easter! This weekend I took a 24 hour trip to Alabama to visit my daughter for her birthday. I stayed on track and worked out at the hotel. Normally I would have just figured why bother since I'm out of my routine and then returned feeling terrible and being done. Not this time. Big accomplishment for me. :happy:0
