Afternoon All!
I started the challenge today because I will be out of town the last week of the month and I really wanted to do a full 30 days. This morning was JM 30DS (level 1) and this afternoon I boxed at my local boxing gym. I feel really good (not sure how long that will last)! If my daily posts get annoying just let me know, lol!

    I'm excited to start, I have a feeling it's going to make me feel really good as well.

    Well I didnt want to wait until April either so I started running last week. This week I am running every other day and I will attempt to get in my strength training DVD tomorrow morning! Only a few days until APRIL!!!!!

    Two a days are exhausting, but REWARDING. I feel soooo different in just 3 day. Right now I'm in my office jamming to "Somebody that I used to know" thinking about how I am going to rock out to this song while doing my elliptical HIIT tonight! Happy weekend!
