should i change it back to 50/100 because usually people run a little more in an hour than just one mile so maybe i should go back to 50 hours 100 miles?

I think for people (like me) who more lifting/classes than cardio the 50/50 challenge would be better.0

Okay, and this may sound stupid... but is it 50 miles on top of 50 separate miles of exercise? lol I am so new to this!0 -
i say yes 50 on top of 50.. or if you run for an hour that counts for both.. and i think it'll be easier if everyone keeps track on their own.. and every day you just post how far along you are.0

My first group So happy to be here. I am putting the scale away for 5 weeks. I have a graduation to go to the first weekend of May so CINCO de Mayo here I come I have a fit bit and I just was about to run to the car when I realized I did not have it on so ... I put it on and got my steps in. Today I am shooting for 20k steps going to do this 50 hours and 50 miles thing GOOD LUCK EVERYONE.0
