    I'd really appreciate having a few friends on here for support too. I'm quite tall, 5ft 10 and I've got about 30-40 pounds to lose.

    Add me please! My starting weight was 165 about two months ago, currently at 154 and looking to get down to around 145 (but wherever I feel comfortable)!
