Not sure how our checkins with this is going to go.. but for day 1, I did pilates and some cardio for about 1 1/2 hours this morning and I did some walking this evening with kids. I have a migraine now so i'm headed to bed early because i'm determined to make my 5 a.m. workout in the morning!!

yeah, me too - I'm in for 1hr 45mins on the spin boke this morning, and spring cleaning to the tune of 6 garbage bags full of garbage, and 8 huge bags of clothes from the bedroom upstairs out to my truck, and then to the dump/salvation army tonight - my 2nd isnt a traditional workout, but you better believe it made me sweat!!0

My first workout was not traditional...yard work. For the second workout I walked. I didn't even want to do the second workout, but I made myself!0

Yesterday was a rest day for me- but today I will go to the gym and then do 30DS after...I meant to wake up this morning and do it but I got minimal sleep last night0

Today is my 7th day! 30 DS this mornign and HIIT on the elliptical tonight and ab work!0

Yesterday I did a 44 min walk/run in the morning and a crap load of gardening (2hrs with a shovel and wheel barrow) in the evening....

Yesterday was a rest day for me as well, but today I plna to do an hr of Jillian Michael's No More Trouble Zones. I was suppossed to do it this morning at 5:00am but barely slept last night so i snoozed!

I have been horrible and I want to apologize to all of you for this! I did my last real workout on tue 4/3 and i was so sore for about 3 days that I didnt do more than walk and clean for exercise on wednesday 4/4 and that was it until today! I have decided taht I am done with the excuses and if I want to achieve a good body by summer, I have to put the hard work into it as well! So for today I will be doing Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred as well as a 20 min walk!0
