Doing pretty good, slacked off this weekend a little but didn't gain any weight luckily. Planning on hitting the gym everday this week until Saturday, going to boost up my weights for strength training and really stick to my clean eating, hopefully will see another pound at the end of the week. I am soooo close to the 140s!!0

Not too bad!!! Getting back on track this week!!! Had a lot of festivities that included a lot of calories over the weekend!!!!

I'm with ya ^. Back on track this week. I cannot believe I let myself slack off as much as I have in the past week.0

I took the weekend off from logging but am back on track this week in full on beast mode I am planning to do L2 of the shred all week and get at least 30 min walking in every day. I have been calorie cycling last week and it seemed to help so I am going to keep that up this week and see if I can bust through this. Hope you all have a great day!0
