Hey - I have the goal set for 1420 calories - which changes should i have change to try to lose 10 lbs in one month?

You'll have to constantly keep changing it! Are you trying to lose 10lbs every month or just for this month?0

I trie dto change my goals and it still had me eating the same number of calories a day.0

just this month - but i am already eating every two hours, its annoying, and i am trying just snack on veggie and fruits, but its like im *starving* later on, after a while id think im used to it, i think my molsasim (sp) has been speeding up. i think ill just try for 6 lbs instead of 10 because if adverage is 1 lb a week... instead of 4?0
