I've read a few articles that have mentioned the benefits of cinnamon to aid in weight loss as a way to promote blood glucose uptake since insulin resistance is a common symptom for those suffering from pcos. Have any of you added cinnamon to your diets? If so please share your results or any feedback.

I just found this Cinnamon and Chromium combo at GNC yesterday because I heard the same. Hopefully this works. Also plan to start my low carb diet today.0

Hi liz, funny you should mention the cinnamon/Chronium combo. I went to a whole foods store last night to purchase some organic cinnamon and the cashier also menitoned the benefits of cinnamon/Chronium. Keep me posted on your success with the combo in addtion to the low carb diet.0
