Hello everyone!! :flowerforyou: My name is Sabrina. I just turned 45 in March. This is my first time joining a group challenge so, I'm not sure how you post your daily goals? It seems as though everyone has there own thread so I created my own thread as well. I will post my two workouts a day starting today since I just joined today 4/3. I am very excited about this challenge and I am hoping this will help me to stay focused and keep me motivated. I look forward to meeting new friends!! Let's make it a FLAB-YOU-LESS MONTH!!!!!! :drinker:

WOW....is it HOT here in South Florida!! :noway: It feels like we missed Spring and went straight into Summer. Ugh!!! It is going to be a very long and hot summer!!! :grumble: We are having record highs today 89 degrees and humid. I hope everyone else is having a great day!!!
