Weighted gloves

Just wondering for those that wear weighted gloves do you wear the weights so they are on your palm or on top of your hands? I know the people in the videos wear them on their palms but it almost seem it might be better to wear on the top.

Thoughts?

    I like wearing them on my palm. I tried it on the top of my hand and I (personally) didnt like it.

    What weighted gloves are you wearing? The ones that BeachBody sells seem to get really bad reviews.

    I got some off of amazon. They look like the same ones, blue and are 2 lbs each.
