I just hit 96, I've been chugging all day and heading to the bathroom every 15 minutes but I'm almost there!0

10 cups of water is my goal today. I've had 6 cups so far :-)0

I am no averaging around 92-96 oz a day. If I do Zumba after weight training I can easily suck down 32 addition ounces of water. I now drink 16 oz of water before I leave home. I will aim to do 20 oz next week. I drink 60 oz of water at work and usually another 16 oz once I'm home for the evening. I will aim to do 32 oz next week in the evenings.0
