Exercise - 45 Miles, 10 30 DS circuits, Circuit of steps at work 3 xs week
Food - End week w/ net within 1200 range, salad or veggie loaded meal 5 xs week0 -

Luckily today is my weigh in day (1st April) = 85.5 kilos = 188.5 pounds
There is no way I can win this challenge unless I start making some 'unhealthy' choices. I had only lost 1 pound so far.
