So, with me it's the 6th April. How are you all coping? I realise that some are really struggling more than others, but just remember that we're all in this together!
If you feel lonely in all of this, are struggling, or have given in to temptation once or twice, pick yourself up, dust yourself off, and carry on! Come and chat on here if you feel you need some 'company' with this.
So, Easter's around the corner. How do you think you'll do?
Will you be having some little treats? Indulging for a day? Or, aren't touching chocolate, or anything of the sort?
Whichever option you're likely to go along with, remember that it is entirely up to you. You are a person, a person with a mind, a mind that controls your body. You can make informed decisions. You don't have to have the chocolate if you feel no need for it. And you also don't have to completely rid yourself of the odd chocolate treat or two either.
This is all about maintaining and improving your mental health and state of mind, as well as your physical health, just remember that. So, if you indulge a little, try not to be too critical with yourself. Don't regret that treat and feel guilty. You most likely needed it to ease those cravings perhaps?
One treat, two treats, okay, maybe three treats won't kill you. Just carry on as you were, drink some water, and eat healthy, balanced meals.
If anyone is really feeling the pressure right now with this challenge, and haven't already added me as a friend on here, then, go right ahead and add me, or even, if you'd rather, simply message me personally. I'm all up for sharing some positivity and encouragement.
Cheer up sunshine! YOU CAN DO THIS!

Thank you. I've been struggling as well. Not the scale, but its the comfort food. The scale isn't tempting me at all. Only thing I did that was major, was a binge on the second day of this challenge. It's been about 5 days? I'm still trying to recover..so if I need help and encouragement its the food..thats been more of a challenge in temptations.0

I've been through the same/similar issues, so I can relate with how you're feeling. You can overcome, and control it, trust me. It'll take time, but it's possible to be controlled.
