Hi guys! Everyone has done so well this week!
Here's mine:
01/04 = 165lb (SW)
09/04 = 162.6
Lost = 2.4lb!!
Given I lost nothing for the month of March I am very pleased, this challenge giving me the kick up the butt I needed! Been really cutting down on the alcohol consumption. Now need to work on more excercise!
