4/9 weigh in - 178 - which is a slight gain!
However... I just took my measurements...omg! 8.75 inches GONE! !!!!!
I knew I was feeling better & my body feels slimmer, but had no idea!
Am very impressed with what weight-lifting has done for my body!

Chalking it up to muscle gain as I know I have lost inches. Plus, TOM is right around the corner.
I did some form of exercise at least once a day and kept calories down.
I finished level 1 day 8 of 30 DS today. I'm also starting week 3 day 1 of C25k today.
