How was the first week of the lose 10 for April Challenge?

I'm weighing myself bi-weekly! The weekly thing is too much (for a person who avoids the scale at all cost).

    My first week was terrible I ate everything in sight...I was on Spring break so I ate out too much!!! I am on it this week though!!!!

    Lost one pound.
  • I lost 2 more pounds so total of 4lbs since march 31st. Hope it continues this way.

    I did awesome!!!! I've lost 3lbs.

    Starting weight: 166lbs

    4-7-12: 163lbs

    I did ok. I know I can do better, but I am pushing myself and my husband. This is keeping me motivated!:heart:

    Gained 1.4lbs...but I did lose a LOT the week before...it's all good. Lots of time!
