    Sorry I didnt weigh in on monday, I went over on my ankle on sat evening and have been laid up since :( ... I still am (but getting better now)

    weigh in monday 2nd april

    GW (for the 12 weeks) 155

    so far lost 2.6lbs
    still to go 11.4

    The past two weeks have been really bad for me. A family member was in hospital so when not working we spent all our time there, eating badly. He passed away on Tues so this week is all about making funeral arrangements and food is everywhere. I didn't weigh in on monday cause I know it will be bad but I will next week.

    I weigh on Sundays and this last week was tough, I gained a pound the day after my weigh in! and it took me all week to lose it so not much weight loss!

    I was exercising more but that made me real hungry and I ate more…

    Last week: 135.2
    This week: 134.8

    Hey Healthymaria--

    Don't be too down on yourself...I gained a pound last week after losing two the week before...I was SO disappointed!!! It's all about balance and figuring out what works for you!!!! You will do great :)

    well, now that Easter is over I have to lose more than the 0.2 pounds I gained last week. Have a good week everyone!

    Towards the goal of being able to run a 5K...I ran for 25 minutes last night, with two 1min walking breaks toward the end. At 12min mile, that should mean I ran 2 miles. Feeling good today, No soreness.

    Been a little while since I checked in.

    Got an elliptical machine I found on craigslist, so I've been having fun working out on that and saving my knees from the impact.

    Week 3: 242.9
    Week 4: 242.9 - argh.
    Week 5: 237.9 ....Don't get too excited. I had a stomach virus over easter weekend. But I am managing to maintain it. :bigsmile:

    What happened is went on 3 day trip m-w gained .8 and took me rest of week to lose it! ugh!!!!!

    At least I didn't end up with gain….trips are hard….
