Week 2!!

just started week 2. Cardio power and resistance today... and tomorrow is my least favorite but it's ok because i need a butt kicking workout after this weekend. pure cardio tomorrow... i can do it... i can do it!! i think cardio recovery day will be well earned after the workouts this week

    Glad to start week 2. Finished my Cardio Power & Resistance workout tonight :) Try not to worry to much about Pure Cardio, I know it's tough but after I've been through Insanity quite a few times it is my favorite. I think because your not doing 3 sets of everything. I'll be doing it with you!!!

    Going to do Pure cardio now! Glad I got my workout in yesterday as hard as that was to do!

    going to do that one in about 45 minutes when my little one goes to bed

    yes me too... wow that one did seem a little easier but i think i knew what to expect this time and i knew it was crazy! plyo tomorrow... then recovery day... woo hoo
  • Completed Week Two - Pure Cardio this am.... wow... I sure hope that gets easier before we add ab's to it this weekend!
