Just wanted to touch base with everyone to see who is still with us and where you are currently. I finished Day 18 of Level 2 this morning.

    Still here! Just finished Day 10: Level 1. I start Level 2 on Thursday. Very excited!

    I had to take a hiatus because I injured my calves...BUT...I was at level 2 day 13 so I plan to pick back up there in a week. Am bummed that I am so far behind now but I will not let that stop me!

    I have had a crazy schedule. I have 2 PE classes at school this quarter and have dropped 30DS on the days I do class. I will be doing day 19 on Friday.

    had some family stuff come up and lost some days, but after some motivation from my fellow shredders I am jumping back in tomorrow! thanks guys!

    I was away visiting relatives -- no dvd player, so no shred for 4 days. But back on track now! That's one of the great things I finding about this program -- it's very forgiving and also easy to resume.
