Not good week for me. I did not do any exercising and I eat like crap all week. Back on track today with my morning workout, and I will be working on get back into my healthy food habits. I did get a new scale this weekend, which so far I like. Now for the depressing part, my weight.

Another pound down for me. We're at the 1/3 mark, with 8 more weeks to go! How is everyone feeling? I'm starting to get a little nervous... 8 weeks to go, 5.5 pounds down, 9.5 more pounds to go! I've found myself feeling like my motivation is flagging, so I know I need to ramp up the enthusiasm!

I missed the Monday weigh-in because of all the Easter rush, but I weighed today and lost almost 2 lbs!! I was stuck losing the same lbs for almost a month so I upped my calories from 1360 to 1600. I think it's working! I finally broke my plateau!0 -
