    Not good week for me. I did not do any exercising and I eat like crap all week. Back on track today with my morning workout, and I will be working on get back into my healthy food habits. I did get a new scale this weekend, which so far I like. Now for the depressing part, my weight.

    Aahh! Apparently my weight is on a roller coaster right now. I've been measuring my waist too and that is down a total of 2.5 inches. It didn't change from last week, so I'm telling myself the weight gain isn't real.

    Another pound down for me. We're at the 1/3 mark, with 8 more weeks to go! How is everyone feeling? I'm starting to get a little nervous... 8 weeks to go, 5.5 pounds down, 9.5 more pounds to go! I've found myself feeling like my motivation is flagging, so I know I need to ramp up the enthusiasm!

    I missed the Monday weigh-in because of all the Easter rush, but I weighed today and lost almost 2 lbs!! I was stuck losing the same lbs for almost a month so I upped my calories from 1360 to 1600. I think it's working! I finally broke my plateau!

    Lost another 2.2lb this week am really pleased. Takes me to 11lb total weight loss so far and a total of 4.4lbs since starting this.

    CW: 237.9
    GW: 220 - not sure if that's going to happen in 8 weeks, but we'll see how close I can get to it. If I hit 225, then I'll be the weight I was when I got married ten years ago. (BTW, our ten year anniversary was a few weeks ago, during this challenge.)

    Target was 2# a week, so I'm a pound or so behind, but not stressing.

    Got my first 5K on May 4. XX Crossed fingers
